Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and include all hardware and tags.
Returns requested after 30 days may be eligible for store credit instead of a refund, at our discretion.
Start your return by emailing us with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Items showing use by a pet, missing hardware, or without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to start a return
Email return@quirkycatshop.com with your order number, the item name and a short description of the reason for return.
We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not ship an item back before receiving those instructions.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us with photos of the item and packaging.
For these cases we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or issue a refund, at your preference and subject to stock.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, consumable enrichment items such as chew sticks cannot be returned once opened.
Items damaged by pet use, misuse or improper assembly are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return results from our error or a defective item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are handed to the carrier. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
